Abstract: The Sino-Kazakh economic cooperation is well-established and the current focus is to connect “Silk Road Economic Belt” with “Bright Road”, and kick-off the signed production capacity cooperation program. The heads of both sides attach great importance to the mutual cooperation, specific projects go smoothly, and there is great potentials for the operation of in agriculture, tourism, energy and production capacity in future. Despite these positive signs, the mutual cooperation may be somewhat subject to weak external demands, bottlenecks of transportation infrastructure, constraints of resources and environment, competition, laws, rules and environment of EEU, and domestic social emotion in Kazakhstan.
