Abstract:Primorsky Krai has three advanced development territories in total: Nadezhdinskaya is an industrial cluster; Bolshoy Kamen is for large-tonnage ship making; the professional emphasis of Mikhailovsky is large-scale agricultural production and agricultural product deep processing. Advanced development territories in Primorsky Krai attract more and more domestic and even foreign enterprises and investors. However, there are still risks in advanced development territories in Primorsky Krai, including imperfect legal basis, lack of well trained cadres, insufficient supply and demand of labor market, narrow internal market, intensely competitive external market, etc. Besides, customs, taxation security, development "bottleneck" in the territories, etc, are also the issues that investors and enterprises should pay close attention to.
